Bug#265625: Working on packaging

I am resuming work on LSongs after a slight absence, due to my 
realization of two things:

1) LSongs can go into 'contrib'. It only needs to have debhelper and 
python2.3-dev to build. However, it's other dependencies can be 
satisfied from the Marillat repo and would be available via apt-get. I 
can put in a note explaining how to install LSongs with all it's 
dependencies from Marillat. Just got to make sure the instructions are 
easy and concise.

2) I love Shoutcast and I miss listening to all-day Metallica and 
Megadeth ;)
