I intend to orphan cl-postoffice

Description: 
 This is a Franz's open-source Postoffice package which includes
 libraries for SMTP, POP, and IMAP clients. This package uses the
 ACL-COMPAT module for operation on non-Allegro Common Lisp implementations.
