I intend to orphan the cl-rsm-bitcomp package.

The package description is:
 This is R. Scott McIntire's Common Lisp Bit Compression library.
 This package provides a set of functions to
 create, and perform boolean operations on compressed bit strings.
 Effectively, a run length encoding of bits is used as a representation.
