Hi,

As a Perl programmer and a prospective NM, I would be interested in
picking up dh-make-perl.  I have some Perl coding time on my hands and
this seems like a good thing to pick up.

As I am not a DD, I would understand if you were not very into my
adoption the package, but at the very least I would like your blessing
on making an attempt to clean up some of the bugs.
