NeMeSI is a streaming client of new conception.  NeMeSI allows the
playing of multimedia streams on packet networks based on the IP protocol.

NeMeSI is compatible with the IETF protocols for the streaming and for
real-time data transport.

The main characteristic of NeMeSI is that it is adaptable to the state
of the network gotten through the technique of the dynamic coding
change.

NeMeSI is the official streaming client for Open Media Streaming
project. The principal developers are : Giampaolo Mancini and Francesco
Varano.
