Description : yet another free document preparation system

This is yet another text formatting system, intended primarily for
writing software documentation. It accepts a single source format and
outputs a variety of formats, including text, HTML, man pages, and
Windows Help. It has comprehensive indexing and cross-referencing
support, and generates hyperlinks within output documents wherever
possible. It supports Unicode, with the ability to fall back to an
alternative representation when Unicode output is not available.

The main reason I'm packaging this is that the PuTTY documentation is
written in Halibut (yes, PuTTY is in Debian), and build-depending on
this package will let me ship it in a more useful form. However, I've
also had a request from a developer of another project using Halibut for
documentation to have it available as a Debian package, and it may be
useful e.g. to people looking for a way to write man pages that's more
readable than *roff but less complicated and verbose than DocBook.

Cheers,
