Bug#221820: Working, if dirty packages for rekall

Hello,

I've managed to create working rekall debian packages, and I invite you
to take a look at them, use them, make them better, advise me on making
them better, etc.

There are two directories. 20040214 are the newer debs, which actually
have dependencies, but there have been some issues installing them.
20040212 are the older debs, which seemed to work fine on my machine,
but have one dependency (libxrender1) so you'll have to figure out what
you need to install to get it to work.

I am not a Debian developer, and this is my first attempt at packaging
things, so I may not be able to help that much with problems, but please
let me know if you have them, or if you have suggestions for making them
better, or whatnot.
