There are many things to do :)

1) probably upgrade to latest upstream version (is 4.2 out ?  only
"old" pre4 seems available, and nothing has shown out yet on the sf
download page.  Latest patch appears to target 2.4.21 only...)

2) test that it indeed works (I never proceeded to the final tests,
which is why I had not uploaded the package)

Then an upload could take place.

3) then will remain the automatic integration in the boot process,
which probably still requires modifications to sysvinit - see
http://bugs.debian.org/145689

Well, first of all, is there still someone interested in packaging it
?  I'm convinced we should have it, so I'm willing to do something,
but since I already a good number of packages to take care of, I'd
rather someone else do that.  If noone does, and you're willing to
test,
