  Description     : The atomic_ops library

A library for atomic operations.  This is primarily used by qprof but with some
manual pages, etc, this should be a useful library for any application requring
high speed atomic operations.

I plan to put this our (yet to be announced) Gelato repository until it is
ready for Debian.
