As the reiserfsprogs maintainer, I also intend to upload packages of
reiser4progs when the upstream software moves beyond the "early testing
snapshots only" phase.

reiser4progs are, of course, the support utilities for the upcoming Reiser4
(ReiserFS version 4) filesystem, and will be released under the GPL.
