Bug#230663: ITP: efp -- Escape from Pong

This is a bug in nestra/tuxnes.  I have tried it on multiple NES
emulators and this is the only one that has problems.  Here are the ones
I tried (version in parens):

FCE Ultra (0.97.5) -- good
nestra (0.66) -- black screen
tuxnes (0.75) -- segmentation fault
fakenes (0.1.5) -- good
InfoNES (0.92) -- good
iNES (2.3) -- good (though very fast)

Note that tuxnes is a fork/continuation of nestra, so whatever bug
prevents nestra from working is probably still present in tuxnes.

If you like, file a bug on nestra; otherwise I probably will after I
upload efp.
