Just an update on this ITP.
I have recently packaged and uploaded titan-tools, which provides the tools
developed by the upstream maitainers of Titan (noshell and runas). However,
since I have not seen that much interested for Bastille (few bug reports
and low ranking in the popularity contest) I'm holding off uploading Titan.
Also, the license changes, even if the web page [1] states the license is
based on the Artistic License, the LICENSE.txt file of the 4.1 and 4.2
releases still say:

You may not sell Titan nor sell any of the functionality it provides.
No part of Titan may be used as part of any commercial product or service
without having first obtained a commercial licence from Team Titan.

Team Titan. You may make coppies for your own use, but not redistribute.

Wether they plan to fix this or not I really don't know (and have not
pursued it), but it makes it non-free and, as such, I really don't want to
waste too much time packaging it....
If anyone wants to take over, please say so, I'm too busy to
work solving this ITP atm.
