Description : variant of the standard Folder that can restrict access=
 to its contents

This product provides a variant of the standard Folder that can restrict
access to its contents that have been explicitly set as inaccessible, so
they are no longer visible as a URL path but can still be accessed via
DTML/Script/ZPT TALES.

After locking, objects are no longer accessible, even through management
screens. They must be unlocked so they can be managed again.
