No place is obscure for the people who live in :-) Seriously, do you
mean it is OK to remove things that are illegal in the USA or in China
because they are big countries and not OK to remove them if they are
just illegal in Nicaragua or Djibouti? If so, I worry wether France
will be regarded as big or not :-)
