This is maintained by few people now as a part of SCIM packages.  
Ming Hua <minghua@rice.edu> is leading but I do some parts too.

Once pkg-scim at alioth accepted, we will move there.

Hi,

I filed these ITP and uploaded or handed packages to ther new
maintainers (some through sponsoring with good follow-up).

Now that they are in unstable, I close them all.
