I have the same chipset from bug #276757 and I would like to help, if
possible.

my CPU is an Athlon XP 2600+ and lspci -v gives:

        Capabilities: [c0] Power Management version 2

Since both the processor and the motherboard are the same from bug
#276757, I think that I can test athcool here.
