Description: QTorrent is a PyQT-based client for the popular BitTorrent 
software used by Suprnova.org and others.

Note: It includes the experimental client by Shad0w and, therefore, does 
not require the 'bittorrent' package.

I am packaging this BitTorrent client because it is has a clean 
interface and contains the experimental BT client ( which has many nice 
features, such as upload rate limiting ).
