I plan to package Norm Walsh's Arbortext Catalog Classes to provide
sgml catalog support to lib-xt-java and to the saxon package I'm
working on.
The classes can be downloaded from
http://www.arbortext.com/customer_support/updates_and_technical_notes/catalog101.zip
The license is Public Domain. Here is the official copyright statement
distributed with the classes:

Mark
