Hi there,

Lars, are you still interested in packaging EXIF.py? If not - I'd like
to take over this ITP, here's a "reportbug-compliant" description:

* Package name    : python-exif
  Version         : <none available>
  Upstream Author : Gene Cash <gcash at cfl.rr.com>
* URL             :  http://home.cfl.rr.com/genecash/digital_camera.html
* License         :  similar to the FreeBSD license[1]
  Description     : Read EXIF-data from JPEG images

Supports JPEG-EXIF produced by various digital cameras (Nikon,
Olympus, Casio, Canon, Fujifilm), reads JPEG, JFIF and TIFF format
image files, can extract both JPEG format and TIFF format thumbnails
and much more.
