Hi Justin,

I could have sworn that this used to be in Debian, and it looks like I
remember correctly.  You might want to see bug # 204464 for the history
of its removal; maybe also contact Florian Ernst <florian@uni-hd.de> for
his packaging efforts since he appears to have packaged the same version
that you made an ITP for.

(n.b. I have never used the software myself, just noticed it in aptitude
et al.)
