Bug#237713: bah, screw lustre

retitle 237713 RFP: lustre -- Clustering network filesystem for Linux
thanks

Lustre upstream follows a very closed development model. They allow
their paying customers access to new releases, and GPL their (stale)
older releases. For example, their last GPL'd release was in Feb, and
supports only 2.4.24. They've had a number of releases since then for
2.4 and 2.6, that've been for paying customers only. I'm not interested
in dealing w/ bugs in old versions, not having access to upstream's CVS,
and constantly being 6+mo behind. So, if anyone else is interested in
packaging this, go for it.
