  Description     : PHP extension with language bindings for the GTK+ toolkit
PHP-GTK is an extension to the PHP programming language, allowing
developers to create cross-platform Graphical User Interface
applications with the GTK+ toolkit.

It does not allow Web browsers to display applications with the GTK+
widgets; it provides a convenient way to create rich standalone
GUI applications that run on the client side.
