Bug#232658: Xvidcore for Debian

Hi Edouard,

I'm member of the Debian project. I would like to add this library to Debian.
Now that it's fully GPLed free software, it can be put in our distribution.

I have found that you made a package of it already, which is available in the
xvidcore sources. Would you like me to sponsor your package and add it to our
archive? I can do that if you are willing to fix a few minor bits to comply
with our policy.
