Description : sets up a directory for use with scponly
scpjailer is a self extracting bash script that sets up a directory for
use with scponly's scponlyc program. scponlyc uses the chroot() system
call to restrict the scp user to a specific directory.
The binaries that scpjailer contains are from busybox and OpenSSH. These
binaries are built statically against uClibc using the root_fs
filesystem.
