In our opinion SKS isn't quite ready yet to be in Debian main. There
are still various minor issues, like bad logging, no documentation, and
not knowing how to handle upgrade. They make us not want to support it
officially.
The source repository for the package is at
https://svn.clearairturbulence.org/debian-sks/trunk/sks, and I intent to
continue to maintain it.
Maybe we'll upload it when it is more mature.
