Bug#244454: O: scanssh -- get SSH server versions for an entire network
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal
The current maintainer of scanssh, Rene Weber
<rene_debmaint@elvenlord.com>, is apparently not active anymore.
Therefore, I orphan this package now. If you want to be the new
maintainer, please take it -- see
http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/index.html#howto-o for detailed
instructions how to adopt a package properly.

Description: get SSH server versions for an entire network
The scanssh protocol scanner scans a list of addresses and networks for
running SSH protocol servers and their version numbers. The scanssh protocol
scanner supports random selection of IP addresses from large network ranges
and is useful for gathering statistics on the deployment of SSH protocol
servers in a company or the Internet as whole.
Justification: Packages out of date, last seen 2002, last MU April 2002,
NMUs, no response
