Bug#146949: marked as done (ITP: miid -- Bring up or down Ethernet interfaces upon change of MII link state)

I had intended to package my own piece of software - miid - for Debian, 
but whilst in the process of doing so, a better package (which works 
with a greater range of cards) made it into the archive.  miid is now 
lost in the mists of time...
