I'm adding other FreeBSD utilities to the club. They are often needed for
compiling sources from FreeBSD and generaly the recommended way to do so.

As for make, smake doesn't suffice. Its BSDish cousin, pmake, might work in
some situations (I'm using it to build this package) but not all them.
