The first word of an English sentence should be capitalized; it's not
required to match the name in the file system.
"Logsurfer is written in C, which makes it extremely efficient...".
Sorry, that's not a true statement: use of a particular language doesn't
automagically make a program efficient. How about something like
"Logsurfer is written with a concern for efficiency, and easily support
busy sites with a high amoutn of log traffic."
