Debian package for libintl-perl

Hi,

according to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=218435 
there is work going on a Debian package of libintl-perl.  The one line 
description says "Object-Oriented Portable Charset Conversion".  But 
this is only a secondary feature of libintl-perl.  Its main goal is 
message translation, see

Could you change that in the final package?

When packaging libintl-perl, please include the subdirectory "sample" of 
the source distribution in the documentation.
