Hi Folkert.

I don't think that the Debian project would accept a variable license.
Please fix up the license for this program, a changeable one isn't
acceptable. (e.g. if you would change the license while the package is
in Debian under the GPL)
Include thelicense in the tar.gz file. (The best would be replacing)
