Not sure if it is or not -- most traffic on this list is mail forwarded
from the BTS about packages already orphaned/ITPed/RFAed. It may be
better to ask on debian-qa, instead.

However,

It's probably worth noting that the maintainer of ayttm has been active
in the BTS for this package over the last few days, closing his RC bugs
four days ago. You may want to open a wishlist bug against the package
mentioning the new version, and why it's better than the one currently
in the archive.

For questions of making your packages available to Debian users,
debian-mentors is probably the appropriate list.
