Bug#206859: O: autotrace -- Bitmap to vector graphics converter

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

The current maintainer of autotrace, Harry Henry Gebel
<hgebel@debian.org>, is apparently not active anymore. Therefore, I
orphan this package now. If you want to be the new maintainer, please
take it -- see http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/index.html#howto-o for
detailed instructions how to adopt a package properly.

Description: Bitmap to vector graphics converter
AutoTrace is a program for converting bitmaps to vector graphics. The aim
of the AutoTrace project is the development of a freely-available
application similar to CorelTrace or Adobe Streamline. In some aspects it
is already better. Originally created as a plugin for the GIMP,
AutoTrace is now a standalone program.

Justification: Countless NMUs, hasn't been seen since 2002, was
contacted, outstanding RC bugs
