 Digital audio restoration of CD quality audio wavefiles. Dehiss,
 declick and decrackle in a GUI environment.

 There's also gwc-lib and brec which are also interesting.  The author
 has said he wishes to write a LADSPA plugin which performs this same
 function, which is actually what I was looking for when I found this
 program.
