I wouldn't put mozilla in the package name, since the package will also be
useful to phoenix/firebird.
BTW, Joe Barnett already packaged it, but did not make an ITP, so if you
didn't start packaging, you should try to contact him, i guess (see
debian-mentors@l.d.o)
