Bug#179453: Packaging airstrike

Hi!

I already talked to the developers and they want me to create a debian
package. As there were big changes in the game engine I build debs for
my own but didn't send an ITP or gave the package to my sponsor.

I'm willing to finish a package these days and forward it to my sponsor
for uploading it.
