Bug#117302: packaging of battstat-applet

You asked about the status of this package; I've claimed it and will
release a package soon.  However, I didn't notice your comment on the
RFP until just now -- it looks like you sent it just a few hours ago.

It's not clear to me from your message what it is that you want.  Do
you want to maintain the package?  Or are you offering a package for
someone else to maintain?  If you want to maintain the package, no
problem.  I claimed it because I didn't see anyone else doing so.  But
you beat me to it by a few hours, so as far as I'm concerned you've
got it.  If you don't want to maintain it, I will.

I've been talking to the upstream maintainer over the last few days.
We've identified a few bugs, which are to be fixed in the 2.0.14
release, due out fairly soon.  I was going to delay uploading the
package until 2.0.14 was released.  I already did all the packaging
for 2.0.13, which has been running on my system for a few days and
seems fine.  If you want to maintain the package I'll fill you in on
the details and send you what I've got so far.

Please let me know what you want to do.
