New Tix version

Tix has a new release at http://tix.sourceforge.net.
The latest release is tix-8.1.3.

Could you synchronize your release with this version, and
let me know if there are any problems, either under Tcl or Python or Perl.

You may also want to consider Tixinspect and Tix info from Tixapps
for your distribution: http://tix.sourceforge.net/Tixapps/.
