Sorry, i've already uploaded ferite to main. See the packages ferite,
libferite0 and libferite-dev

Okay, I see your ITP came in on Wednesday after I started my packaging effort, and your packages seem to have been uploaded on Friday. Sorry I missed these.

On the other hand, you didn't contact upstream at all despite the specific request in their COPYING file, not to mention common courtesy. We not only duplicated efforts last week, but Chris may have already committed *my* packaging to ferite CVS.

I'm happy to withdraw my packages (uploaded about an hour after I ITPd), and to ask that Chris replace my packaging with yours in CVS, but please get in the habit of being in better contact with upstream in your future packaging efforts.

Cheers,
