Bug#78642: Bochs ITP

Hi Goswin,

You told me that Bochs packages were complete and
ready to be uploaded, now that you came back from
vacation please could you send them for upload?

Or if you don't have time to maintain Bochs at
least drop here a note about it with a download
location for package sources, so that someone
else could take it without packaging from
scratch.

Looking forward for your reply, please don't
delay it more than necessary. I hope that Bochs
is still in time to get into Woody.
