Actually, i'm not renaming a package, i'm introducing a new package which will
end up doing the same as "ircd" does right now but in a different way.

The Debian Developer's Reference clearly stats that Developers must inform
other developers about new/prospective packages, so cheers, here we go.

ircd-dalnet went away shortly after Potato released, so i doubt that there are
still much people around using it. I doubt even more that there are much
people who have both packages installed at the same time. Actually, Lazarus
Long is the only person i can say that of for sure.

However, as Lazarus pointed out once, both packages can co-exist, so this
"Replaces:" is eventually useless but it's not doubtless dangerous.
