Description:
router-audit-tool - Tool for auditing Cisco router configuration
Closes: 155781
Changes:
router-audit-tool (1.1-1) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Initial Release (Closes: #155781)
* Changed name from 'rat' to 'router-audit-tool' since there is
already a Debian package called 'rat'
* Slight change on the Makefile.PL and binaries to end up with a
proper FSSTND structure, this includes fixing the manpages location
(so they are under /usr/share) and the configuration files location
(so it's always /etc)
* Binaries moved to /usr/sbin (since the package is section 'admin'
it makes more sense there) this mandates changes in the binaries.PL
files
* All the stuff from the CIS Cisco benchmark has been removed because
the Center for "Internet Security" does not allow anyone to distribute
the benchmark (you would think they would want to promote security,
wouldn't you? Think again). See the README.Debian file.
* Removed the NSA's Cisco Router Guide until the NSA clarifies its Legal
Notice, for those interested it can be found at
http://nsa2.www.conxion.com/cisco/
