  Description     : generate an HTML view of the dpkg database

Pdbv, or Package DB View, generates an HTML view of the dpkg or RPM
database found on the machine it is run on.  When viewed in a browser,
the output of pdbv displays a two-frame window with a list of packages
at the left, and a pane at the right containing information about the
selected package.

The package has been localized for several languages.
