For one side, it is clear that the non-free code will never be removed.
On the other, I don't see why do we want in Debian a network that is
insecure by dessign in such a way that upstream keeps non-free source to
keep it (temporarily) secure. this is really low quality software.
so why does this RFP make sense for you? please just close it and look
for a better p2p network (like freenet or gnunet)
