Looking at mldonkey's source code, I wonder if it should be considered as non-free. There is a donkey/donkey.lam file, which seems to be in some sort of portable bytecode, but it is certainly not an editable format, and I won't qualify it as "source code". Without the real source code for this file, I think the edonkey part should be ripped off, or else mldonkey should go to non-free. -- .''`.
