Hmm... Well, to be honest I haven't really ever finished work on it.
Initially my only reason for posting this ITP was because the former
splint had a couple of RC bugs I wanted to fix. But because the newer
upstream version has a new name I ITP'ed the new program instead.

In the end I lost interest because those C lint programs aren't very
useful for me..

IOW, I think I should post a followup to this bug.. Here it is.. DD's,
get it! ;-)
