Bug#144302: ITP: alsa-xmms -- XMMS plugin for ALSA 0.9

Ah, okay.  In that case, I suppose I'll hold off for now, as people
can always use the standard OSS plugin with ALSA's OSS emulation.
Meanwhile, I'll ask Zinx to send me a copy of whatever he comes up with.
