There is no good on-line bookmark package in debian righ now (well,
bookmarker doesn't seem to be activeli developed) and this one is IMHO
the best one I've found on freshmeat. Its features:

Features

    * Public/private view of bookmarks
    * Read only page (with no menubar, no edit buttons)
    * Differents ways to authenticate (cookies, strict authentication)
    * Folders/categories management
    * Title,Url,keywords,login/password informations for bookmarks
    * Search bookmarks with url parts, keywords, etc
    * Get recently added/modified bookmarks
    * Themes management for all views
    * Multi-languages interface
    * Export to Netscape bookmarks file
    * Import from Netscape/Opera bookmarks file

Requirements

    * A Web server including
          * PHP functions (PHP v3 and v4 are ok)
          * Any authentication method
    * A database (MySql and Postgresql currently supported.)
    * A little knowledge of all of theses technologies,as this is not
    * really "click to install"...
