Bug#87385: About who will package gnoise for Debian

Hello all,

I downloaded gnoise-0.1.15 some days ago and noticed this in AUTHORS:

Now, there is an ITP filed by Christian Surchi about one year ago.

Christian, do you still intend to upload Debian packages? If so, when
will that be? In that case you will be the maintainer of course.

If not, what do you mean by 'Thorsten maintains the package'? Are you a
Debian Developer, Thorsten? (I could not find you in the database) Do
you need a Sponsor? Where are your packages located?

If neither of you wants to package it, I will go forth.

Please respond at least to 87385@bugs.debian.org in order to document.
