ok, i leave the p. so the current version is 1.07p or 1.7p?

well if i did it by patching your file, it wouldn't be recorded in the orig
tarball.
It would just look as if i modified the license myself without your
permission,
It's much better if you patch it from upstream, please do it

ah right, i though that ispell dictionaries were in a special format and
cannot be used. solved then. btw, Debian doesn't use RPM but dpkg,
it has some differences.
